This is a ground reinforcement method that forms composite ground on soft seabed ground. It uses high-strength geotextile packs filled with crushed stone of particle size adjustment as filling, and uses casings with separate functions for upper and lower separation to drive large-diameter (800–1000 mm) pack piles (MLPP: Marine Large Pack Pile) into the soft seabed ground to create composite ground.
